I was born and raised in the Point Reyes National Sea Shore, on the historic Home Ranch. I spent a great deal of my childhood exploring the beautiful lands that make up West Marin County. During my adolescents, I spent many hours traveling across the greater Marin and Sonoma County with my dad, Scott Murphy a local realtor specializing in ranches and estates. From an early age, I established an appreciation for land and nature. It is not a surprise I chose a career in real estate, where I can share my passion for this beautiful area with others. And also help others make well thought out decisions before purchasing or selling property.
I work along side my father specializing in land, estates, and equestrian properties. I have an understanding of the elements that must be thoroughly researched before purchasing or selling land. Factors I bring to my clients attention are a properties correct county zoning, title records, soil structure, water development and percolation; all of these factors affect a properties potential use. Further, I am associated with a team of experienced professionals who assist me at making accurate and thorough property evaluations.
